Packer 1.2.3 and (finally) disk_block_size for Hyper-V

Finally in 1.2.3 version of packer, they allowed us to change VHDX block size during its creation. For Linux machine suggested size was to set it to 1 MiB instead of default 32. How can it affect size of our image?.
